In 2004, Mark noticed that he was primarily operating in two modes: design and interactive. From that realization, Toggle Media was born, the name embodying this process of effortlessly switching between design aesthetics and interactive application.
Seventeen years later, Mark continues to harness both his creative and technical expertise in emotive and engaging ways, with clients in both Canada and the United States, as their personal web, mobile and social media toolkit.
Logo + Brand Design
Icon Design
Mark fine tuned and evolved the Toggle Media brand over the years, and the playful wink hidden in the "toggle switch" logo, soon took on a life of its own. TogBot, as it would be affectionately named, would embody the various services that Toggle Media provides.
Campaign Development
Online Marketing Contest
For the Toggle Media ten year anniversary, Mark sponsored an online contest, "Ten4Ten". Ten prizes for ten years of Toggle Media, including a 64GB iPad Air, a Pebble Steele smart watch, Toronto Blue Jays tickets, signed artwork by legendary Macintosh icon artist Susan Kare, and much much more.
As a foray into viral marketing, Mark built a custom online app for the contest, that connected via the Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn APIs. Once registered, contestants could post to Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn from the app, with each share qualifying as a ballot into the contest.
